StudyBlue is the new app made for students that can upload class materials, create electronic flash cards, and take quizzes. Students can save their materials to their icloud so they can share with others when needed. Bridgewater State is registered already with this app and it is available for iPhone and Android users.
Job & Internship Fair
Get your resumes ready. The time has come in the semester where BSU will host their Job and Internship Fair. It will be held Wednesday, April 2 from 1-3:30 p.m. in the RCC Ballroom. More than 60 employers will be in attendance where career fields include accounting, aviation, finance/banking, human/social services, communications, technology, sales, and many more. This fair is open to the public.
As the weather starts to warm up, student wardrobes begin to change. As it is not warm enough to walk around with tanks and shorts yet, students want the next best thing. Puffy vests are making a comeback as we transition seasons. Not only is it a winter style, it is also a spring accessory that can look just as great. Layering up with flannels and long sleeves will keep you warm enough with a vest but not feel like you’re in a sauna.
As summer is approaching, students are starting to look out for their summer bodies. Bridgewater State not only has two gyms on campus but also has different fitness classes for free. Zumba is held on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays and their Facebook page has all the times and locations. BSU Outreach Education produces a “BSU Student Health 101” newsletter each month and students can sign up for the newsletter by emailing outreachBSU@gmail.com. Staying fit on campus can be hard but with these helpful tools, you may be ready for your summer body.
